elcome to the February issue of Journey! We’re thrilled you took time out of your busy schedule to browse this month’s articles. We pray you’ll find one or more that really speak into your life.
It’s no secret February is the month most people relate to love. Children enjoy exchanging Valentine cards while Moms and Dads take a few moments out of their busy schedules to acknowledge their love for each other. Roses, chocolates, and candies with little sayings are familiar symbols of love. But, we want to stretch your thinking when it comes to considering the theme of “love” this month.
Many of the stories you’ll read will “hit home” one way or another. As you take the time to read this month’s issue of Journey, we pray that God will challenge you and give you some ideas of ways to express true love to those who are close to you.
As we shared last month, 2008 promises to hold many great things for each of our readers. Our greatest prayer, however, is that Jesus Christ will become more real to you than ever before. God promised we would find Him if we seek Him with all our hearts (Jeremiah 29:13). If you’re seeking Him, we’ll be glad to help you find Him … hopefully in the pages of the February issue of “Journey Ezine”.
